Chris,
I am taking 200mg of zoloft and wouldn't do without it. I tried going down to 150 mg of zoloft but OCD worsened. It has helped me tremendously. I have OCD and my doctor added Inositol 18 grams a day which has literally killed almost all OCD symptoms. The two work great together and I am grateful for them. Hope this helps,
