I had a completely paradoxiacal effect from the dextro. It made me sleepy. How strange is that? I think RJ is right. So much of the effect of any med is individual.

Don't you have a lot of anxiety? I would think dextro would make it worse unless you took something like a benzo or gabapentin with it.
