yeah. get teh methylcobalamin form. i have some lemon flavored ones and they're pretty tasty, really.
you know, i think you asked me specifically about dietary things, i might not have mentioned b12, just b-complex, which might take a few months to get levels to sufficietn. if so, sorry.
