I saw benefits at 75 mgs, noticeable lift from depression, and a sense of calm. I had titrated it up very slowly, 12.5 mgs every two weeks. I stopped because of side effects (no rash). I am contemplating going back on it because I am very depressed and tried a zillion other things unsuccesfully.
