Remember even the two atypicals will work differently from anyone else because it is your body.
That being said, Paxil like other SSRIs, in tough cases of depression, have been augmented with atypicals, so with one atypical I don't see the problem.
Abilify is FDA approved for augmenting with (certain) SSRIs.
Can't say for sure what it would do with Invega also, remembering that each atypical operates differently on Dx and 5HTPx.
Each atypical added probably increases the risk of NMS, which still is extremely rare I would say with just that combination.
That's a medium dose of an SSRI, you could -theoretically- experience subclinical SS but I can't say that you would experience a full manifestation. Slow increase and cautious monitoring by your doctors I think is the most prudent thing.
