Hi, if we're talking OCD symptoms in particular, unfortunately, SSRIs (as you already know), specifically Luvox and Citalopram are the best drugs to look at. Beyond that, I would also add Nefazodone, Riluzole, Anafranil and Seroquel to the list. I have tried agomelatine, and although I would describe as mildly calming, I wouldn't venture to say that it would be very impactful for moderate OCD. Lastly, have you considered a swtich to klonopin from valium? I remember that when I did have some OCD issues going on, klonopin was a lot more effective against them than valium.
