Do you have abnormally dry mouth, from Seroquel and/or any medication you're taking ?

Long term, this is theoretically possible to cause caries and dental issues as one use in the human body of saliva is to regulate that.

There is medication that can change that if you need it, although it could cause drooling I suppose.
