I tried low dose Remeron for a couple of days, and had very vivid nightmares. I stopped taking it for that reason. I'm only taking 12.5 Seroquel and it works well, as I said, but lethargy and motivation go out the window for me. Maybe if I added and AD, but I'm afraid of hypomania. What a mess. I'll be getting some Trazodone today, so I can compare the two.
