Hi Maisy,I am also considering EMPower Plus, but I do see your viewpoint. If natural foods today actually retained the nutrients that they are supposed to have, then this would make sense, but, since our soils are so depleted of vitamins and minerals, so are the natural foods that are produced from that soil, so either 1.) people need to start growing their own gardens in order to make more nutrient-dense soil that in turn produces nutrient-dense foods or 2.) supplement. That's my opinion.
