I agree with the previous post. Three meds might be warranted for really bad cases. The fact that you lack motivation does not mean you need yet another drug, it means the ones you are taking are less than satisfactory. That said, the meds I would consider adding if you want to pile on more are Modafinil (brand), nortriptyline (low dose) or desipramine (low dose).
Any serotonin med without a noradrenergic partner is very likely to cause the lack of motivation thing. Prozac by itself is highly suspect in that regard. All atypicals commonly have a blunting effect to them, so the geodon is working against you in the motivation department as well. That's how I see it anyway. I know I know, someone is going to say but geodon has action on norepinephrine. Whatever. It aint the right kind of action and not strong enough. Opinion.
The one I think lacks that anti-motivation thing the most is zyprexa, most especially in combination with prozac. When I was on those two, motivation improved a lot, but still fell short until I added a small amount of Modafinil.
Ditch the geodon. Small dose zyprexa, nortriptyline or desipramine or modafinil. Those are the things I would be looking at. Just my 2 cents for whatever it's worth.
The noradrenergic TCAs like nortiptyline are actually very good for anxiety and social comfort after getting through the activating start up days.
