seroquel to zyprexa

I'm currently taking 300mgs of seroquel and 10mgs of prozac. The combination doesn't seem to be getting it and I'm thinking of asking my doctor to switch to zyprexa. Can I go from 300mgs of seroquel to say 5mgs of zyprexa without any difficulty? Anyone who has experienced something like this can you input? Thanks
