A Good Book

I know Mindfulness is the new buzz word and I practice mindfulness meditation without any huge benefit that I can discern but I still like this book: The mindful path to self-compassion; freeing yourself from destructive thoughts and emotions by Christopher K. Germer. Lots of good research.
