Shakes

Posted by Zyprexa on July 16, 2009, at 19:46:43

My hands shake some times. I noticed this when I had that last job. When I was pouring a drink from the soda fountain my hand was shaking so much I was woried it would not go in the cup. I've had this problem other times in the last 2-3 years. It started when I was on Abilify. Which I took for about 7 months. Then I switched to perphenazine and still the shakes. Now I drink a few drinks every night but the amount of drinking has not changed much over the last 17 years. I drink off and on too. Currently I average about 4 drinks a night. Its hard to tell if the shakes are worse when not drinking or not. The shakes don't happen all the time, just when I concentrate on what I'm trying to do with my hand. As when I was at the docs office I held my hand out straight and no shakes. I was trying to show her I have the shakes. I was sober at the time.

My question is, is it the perphenazine or the alcohol? Or some thing left over from the abilify.
