Not irreversible, but changing APs isn't something to do lightly -- there are benefits and risks.For me, Geodon (and Abilify) had too much EPS (mainly akathisia). They are generally stronger at D2 than Seroquel/Zyprexa.
Zyprexa.... well... let's not go there... its very rare what occurred.
But then I seem to be a mystery for a lot of medications, so don't take this as a discount of what Scott has mentioned.
I would agree, those dosages are barely above the threshold for psychotropic gain for Seroquel.-- Jay
