There can be social anxiety,PD or OCD and GAD or psychotic or retarded or PTSD. WHAT DRUG OR COMBOS ARE NEEDED FOR SEVERE DEPRESSION??

Name some drugs which can help extreme depression, I'll talk to my doc about it.Parnate....if that doesn't work add nortriptyline to that...Like any ad it doesn't work for everyone but some p-docs claim a very high rate of success if you're willing to work with it...for some lucky ones it kicks in within a couple weeks....good luck...if you're feeling extreme anxiety add klonopin in the appropriate doses...to much can make depression worse
