In reply to Well I'll Be Darned Calcium Can Worsen Depression, posted by Phillipa on August 22, 2009, at 13:14:20
Phillipa, anything can worsen depression.
Anything.
It depends on the person's genes.
It depends on the person's intolerances.
It depends on the person's disease.
It depends on the person's imbalances.
For each person who's depression was worsened by calcium, there is also an equal person who was helped immensely by it.
It's all about balance. Everything in life is about balance, including calcium. And each person is unique in what it is or isn't that helps them feel better, and in what amounts it does so.
