I know you've seen me say this before:
Sometimes, people feel an improvement in depression within the first 3-4 days of beginning therapy. This is called a "blip" by some doctors. This blip improvement might last from a fraction of a day to a few days, then disappears. The true antidepressant response is, however, latent. That's why it takes 2-3 weeks to emerge in the most ideal of curcumstances. So don't be too disappointed if your immediate improvement does not last. The true response might be right around the corner.
