Remeron, Abilify, Geodon, lithium. I'm sure there are more.

Usually 75mg. 150mg for rapid metabolizers. Therapeutic blood level = 50-150 ng/ml.

For me, there really is not much, if any, difference in side effects at the various dosages once the body gets used to it. Actually, if your autonomic nervous system is out of balance (dysautonomia), what are often mistaken as side effects resolve once the depression begins to improve and the autonomic balance is restored.
