Oh, my first mania was 30 days of yardwork and gardening. Sunup to sundown. I felt like I was 18 but more motivated. It was awesome.

Not totally sure on NMS yet but I'm 90% sure.

I feel great right now. Probably better than the last TEN YEARS. My work is awesome and my cockiness (not bad) is back.

I pray it stays.

Abilify 5mg
Clonazepam 1.5mg
Lithium 900mg
Lamictal 400mg

Magic formula for now. Praise the lawd.
