Savella (and its equivalent from Europe, Ixel/Milnacipran) has had a pretty poor track record for most people on this board, including myself. Based on a good response to SNRIs and my pdoc's insistence, I tried it for 3 weeks. More info here....http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/20090810/msgs/911300.htmlForest Labs -- the pharm company that brought us Celexa, and later Lexapro -- has decided to begin phase III testing of an enantiomer the Milnacipran molecule. It is currently being called F2695. I am highly disappointed that another big pharm company is choosing another conservative route in its clinical development. I guess this should come as no surprise.
