Abilify is more likely to cause akathisia, which may -feel- like anxiety, than Seroquel, say.

But it's hard to say about anxiety in general -- the D2/D2 agonism/antagonism of Abilify really didn't pan out that much.

The only one that I know that sometimes has a different reaction, supposedly, is Risperdal, where -very- low doses theoretically may increase D2.

Personally, the whole Risperdal trial for me was a disaster with nightmares. But that was for a different purpose. Your miles may vary.
