the falling asleep process is different
ambien will take you quick if you stay in bed and read--don's mess with it was it has a window for entering sleep and if you resist it you will be awake with a headache

lunesta is more subtle
for me that was not good
but some people prefer

the best thing about lunesta is the lovely coor of the tablets--like a little blue moon
