Dopamine deficiency

I have every one of the sypmtoms x's 10 when it comes to dopamine deficiency. That has been my life. So now what? I need help. I have my appt with the Dr. on thursday at which point I hope we come up with a plan to come off 40 mg of paxil, buspar and stopping the Ritalin 40 mg. What worries me is that I may need to be admitted while I go through a wash out. I'm slowly trying to taper now and I'm not feeling to great at all. This is going to be really hard. Has anyone heard of selegine? Do I have to go through a wash out if I tried that?
