Hi Metaj
I took the european equivalent of wellbutrin marketed as zyban by glaxo smith kline. I think they're meant to be the same formulation. Initially it prescribed to me for smoking cessation after gum and patches failed to work, with an angle towards augmenting my antidepressant at the time, escitalopram.
After a year, and two appointments with national health psychiatrists (one of whom I recall telling me there was nothing wrong with me), I paid a visit to a privately practicing psychiatrist in London, before I was finally allowed to take it for depression.
