kappa opioid, m1, 5-ht2c antagonist

Posted by linkadge on November 19, 2009, at 16:21:32

I would like to develop a selective antagonist of the kappa opioid, m1 and 5-ht2c receptors. These three receptors have inhibitory effects on the level of dopamine in the neucleus accubens. A drug that blocks all three would be interesting.
