Hi.
I recently started weight training. Unfortunately, my muscles quiver and quake while performing the exercises. What's more, I remain shaky for a few hours afterwards. I almost had to ask someone to open my combination lock today. My hands would not remain steady enough to turn the wheel to the right numbers.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Does it get better with time and increased physical conditioning?
