acetylcholinesterase inhibitors

Posted by g_g_g_unit on December 6, 2009, at 2:19:52

has anyone - with or without OCD - ever used an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor as add-on therapy? i was wondering if there's anything, literature-wise, which suggests AChI should be expressly avoided, or if a small dose might be tolerable in the presence of an AD?

i feel like ACh might be a missing part of the equation for me, due to the way experiments with choline substances seem to fix my fragmented inner monologue. the problem is that i then became so enveloped in my thoughts that it becomes difficult to push my focus outwards into my environment.
