I tried Rilutek (riluzole) a few years back. It neither helped nor hurt.

NIMH, NIH studies were positive for the efficacy of Rilutek in TRD and BD. Look for material published by Carlos Zarate. He has looked at Rilutek, glutamate, and neuroplasticity.
