Lithium augmentation for depression

I take 900mg of Lithium ER to augment Nardil for depression. I believe my blood level was .5 or .6 last time I checked. Does anyone find they need a higher dose of Lithium than 900mg to augment? Also, does it make a difference in terms of blood levels to take it all at once or separate the dose three times during the day?
