I traded my ir's for spansules. Less crash. IR's were too hard on me. However, after 9.5 months of Dex, I am wondering if it's too strong for me in general--I always feel a bit of pressure while on it (not in the manic sense). I wonder about vyvanase or...miraprex...or?

What condition are you addressing with this? (Sorry to have forgotten.)
