I wasted the entire day today. I went to bed at midnight last night and I woke up at 4:30 PM today. I slept more than 16 hours!
On Weds and Thurs I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 9 AM. Previously I had been sleeping about 12 hours a night. I wanted to do things with my day so I made myself go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. I remember my sleep was very broken. I kept waking up.
Today however, I didn't wake up too much. I had tons of lucid dreams and my sleep was very restful.
I'm taking 40 mg Prozac, 30 mg Celexa, and 0.75 mg Risperdal. My pdoc thinks it's the Risperdal causing me to sleep so much.
How can I sleep like a normal person? Is it just psychological? I want my days to be productive!
