Haven't stopped for me. Been on 225mg for over 4 months, still get them at 200mg now, coming off. Terrible shame. try promethazine (sominex in uk) it helps, other anticholinergic meds can help sweating. Avoid nytol (diphenhydramine/benadryl) it inhibits CYP2D6 raising effexor levels. W
