Thanks to ace for providing that,but thats the main one,and it holds credintial as its source is from the ncbi.Now doing a search youll come across a lot more,however most will be user comments,and articles not published which wont hold as much water as the above.
But like phillipa said in her own way,play with keywords on google,example parnate high dose,parnate effective dose ranger,etc,search google groups as well,if you r willing to use user comments then you can fine many many results,many,i also take a look in a bit to see whati can find.
The company initialy set the high for 30 mg,then after time and results,officialy revised it to 60 as well as revised the no no food list.
With these official changes,combined with actualy speaking to them a number of times,my theory is they stay at the lower ranger because
-- Its safer to stay a lower range in general,even if most will respond to a higher dose simply because staying lower will just ensure more safety which is understandable.
--- The med is old,little pharmcology was ever known,or still learned of its action,just recently it was snuck in its profile that it affected gaba b.But maois due to there wide range of action on so many levels opposed to being in any way selective make them hard to understand drugs.
The sad part is to be on a more effective dose you have to hope you have a good doc to work with you,or give up on the drug,or and its aganist many peoples views which would be to do what it takes to be on a effective dose or parnate.
Last i hope you feel safer knowing the info in regard to the effivness of the high dose comes from a legit reputable source which was the ncbi.
