Geodon is almost like a cross between an antipsychotic and an antidepressant. As best as I can remember:

- D2 antagonist
- D3 antagonist
- 5-HT1a partial agonist
- 5-HT2a antagonist
- 5-HT7 antagonist
- 5-HT reuptake inhibition
- NE reuptake inhibition

You could combine a SNRI with Remeron and Buspar.

Hey. That's a pretty good idea. I don't know why I never thought of it.
