Hi Maxime,
I have not posted in such a long time that this feels kind of strange to me. I have had a hypertensive episode on aged swiss cheese so I would be really careful. Scott is right in that the processed varieties have very little tyramine. However true aged swiss is very dangerous on MAOIs. I just saw white cheese and was not thinking swiss. we sometimes get lulled into a sense of complacency after many years on MAOIs. Have to remember to always be very careful.
