> X-rayI'm on the same two drugs, along with Paxil. You certainly can increase the Wellbutrin if you want to. Some signs that you are on too much WB would be excessive stimulation, agitation, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, or lack of appetite. Remeron affects some of the same neurotransmitters, so there may be a synergistic effect that requires you to lower your dose of WB. I'm currently bouncing between 150, which often seems like too little, and 300, which seems to affect my sleep. If you feel that you are still having residual symptoms of depression, a reasonable plan would be to try increasing the WB and see how it goes. Or you could add another drug, such as an SSRI.
