I don't recall you complaining about the side effects, though I do remember you saying it wasn't working well.

Look, I don't have anything nearly so bad a what you have, but I know what you are talking about. I don't like to say there is no hope, but if there is something that helps with fear, I never found it, not really. Some things change, some things remain the same. Change the things you can, accept the things you cannot change. Fear can make you feel outside life, then you might envy it, and cause yourself suffering. Hard to stop though.
I doubt Parnate would be as good as Nardil.
What about Marplan?
What about Lyrica?
