Meds dosage challenge

Posted by ralphrost2 on January 27, 2010, at 7:27:33

Hello mates,

It's a long time I noticed that if I keep the meds dosage stable for 2 or 3 weeks I end up having a mini depression crisis at some point. Then increasing or decreasing the dosage seems to kick the sympthoms away for 2 more weeks. The problem with this is that it is difficult to keep a stable mindset, as this mood change also affects congnition and my capacity to work... and it's quite distressing...

I use low doses of things, as it seems that they don't give you a drugged feeling.

So I wonder, what't the deal here? Should I try to challenge my brain all the time so it has to adjust itself and keep things dynamic? Or is it a dosage problem? Any experience out there?

Thanks

Ralph
