Welcome back glad to see you. I take luvox but have stayed at very low dose only 50mg but at one time was on 250mg of luvox and it did work with benzos. I never ever had a start effect with this med. Kept waiting it never happened. Since at the time was in the hospital the doc added 50mg a day. I've been off and on it many times. And the second time it did work but only for two weeks. I'd try it. Don't wait too long. Sorry for the breakup. Phillipa
