And i'm at a new job, crying in the break room all of the time. i keep telling her, I need to add an AD to keep my job, as an AD allowed me to keep a couple other jobs (perhaps helps me handle pressure, i don't know). So it helped in that respect. But still at home, the celexa, or anything serotonin based would still give me an overwhelming sense of depression, and usually derealization, and even would increase obsessional habits. It was only until i added the provigil, where the depression finally felt better, and i actually felt in the present moment for the first time.
