Stimulants can make people goal oriented. But, like you mention, they can also make you more self contious.

Some studies suggest that dexedrine preparations result in improved social functioning vs. methylphenidate (ie concerta), in people with ADHD.

Improved motivation can be a good thing, but sometimes it can become excessive. Do you think your strategies for combatting SAD are effective?
