Not sure if I mentioned it before, but the meds you are taking are highly noradrenergic.
Nortriptyline (NRI), remeron (alpha-2 antagonist), seroquel (noradrenergic metabolite). Have you ever tried a serotonergic drug?
Amitriptyline might be better than nortriptyline in terms of mood and sleep.
