The only reason I take Xanax is at night combined with 1 and a half ambien. Without Xanax, the one and half ambien doesnt work and I don't go to bed, with the 1mg of xanax + 1 and a half ambien I sleep well. I could certainly get off Xanax with no problem, as I don't take it during the day any time, but I don't know what else can help me sleep at night because 1 and half ambien doesn't do the trick.
