Help: Weaning off Lexapro

Lexapro: started 10 mg 16 weeks ago
Upped to 15mg 9 weeks ago
Upped to 20mg 6 weeks ago

Taper: 20 -> 10mg 12 days ago.
Fatigue is gone, no side effects till the 8th day.
Past 2-3 days: severe sadness and melancholy, dizzyness and occasional vertigo.

Am I undergoing withdrawal? or is the depression back?
