Quit Stablon on 28 April

I'm finally off Stablon and so far so good. :-)
The "worst" withdrawal experienced was when reducing the dose from 4 tablets to 3 tablets/day. It got easier as I tapered by 1 one tablet every 10 days.
The thoughts about gambling and other obsessions are largely gone. Libido is up (but that could be due to quitting Xanax) by at least 50%.
diazepam (Valium) 10mg BID
Light therapy 3 hours/day
GNC Ultra Mega Gold vitamin supplement, BID
Dx: panic disorder, MDD (unipolar, melancholia), perfectionist
