OTC Sleep Aid for True Insomniacs

My shrink is out of town until June 1, and I can't bear to take Trazadone any more. Diphenhydramine and doxylamine succinate don't keep me asleep for more than 3 hours.

Anybody know of any other antihistamines that make you drowsy and last a long time?
