Last year when I freaked out I tried sertraline again but it didn't really work; I'm on cymbalta now, an SNRI -- I titrated over ten days, decreasing sert and increasing cym until I was at 90 mg cym. Doing it this way, I didn't have any particular problems going from an SSRI to an SNRI, but your mileage may vary of course. But if sertraline is working for you, I agree with manic, up your dosage.
