Yes, but they are generally non-sedating because they do not cross the blood brain barrier in large amounts. Cetirizine, levocetirizine, loratadine, desloratadine and fexofenadine are all relatively selective.

Among the sedating antihistamines, hydroxyzine seems to cause fewer anticholinergic side effects than diphenhydramine or promethazine.

Have you tried hydroxyzine? Take 25mg and see if you feel calmer.
