I'm having this problem with regular Ambien. The next day i'm pooped out. I take Nardil, and even the Nardil doesn't feel like it works at all. I really dont' know how Ambien makes me feel so tired the next day, but i do take 2 doses because of the insomnia i get from nardil. 10 mg at 11 pm and the other 5 hours later around 3 am when i wake up unfortunely.
