Why wear yourself out being bored and feeling guilty about it. There's no commandment that one has to do something. The boredom is not the problem but the guilt is. If there's something I want to watch on tv I watch it. I don't feel guilty and stressed about it.
Now the people who are advising you to do fun things are also giving you good advice. I love loading the dogs in the car and going somewhere where there are other dogs and dog people.
If there's something you love to do than do it or learn how to do it. You have dogs. So take them out to a dog park. That's a lot of fun. Or if you have a petsmart take the dogs there.
But stop stressing yourself out about relaxing if you just feel like crashing.However if your just to lethargic or unmotivated to do anything than maybe you are depressed. I know you are anti med and scared of sides. But life is passing you by. Depression also takes a toll on your life. I to am getting older and am trying meds because I just can't do things when I'm in a deep depression. I've taken drugs for several months and felt good enough to do things. So for me that is a plus inspite of sides.
How many years have been been hanging around babble gathering info. Really time to make a move. Life is passing you by. You're to obsessed with sides. Just take a chance.
